Very poor

Liked: Phones in the room not working since the earthquake that was over 6 years ago is ridiculous. Broken leg on coffee table and cabinet doors that are broken. Carpets are gross and should be replaced..
Disliked: Staff was very nice but the facility needs a full makeover. This was the last time we will ever stay there.

A loss to me and...

Disliked: They came in my room and stole me and my children’s belongs. Claiming a house maid made a mistake never received our belongings back except my leather vest they had help up in there laundry room

Liked: I tried to contact the hotel many times because I needed to change my dates but they never replied really bad costumer service, horrible experience.
