Disliked: I didn’t like that they didn’t honor the booking price that I had reserved. Booked it on the booking app and the total price was $40 different from the app to when I checked in. All the front desk lady told me was that “they lied”.

Bad

Liked: We had requested a room for handicap disability as these are 2 seniors who use canes and they were given a room on 2nd floor and no elevator . The breakfast was not very good. The biscuits were hard and the gravy cold. The scrambled eggs were hiding in fridge in a bowl and were cold. The bagels were hard.

Superb

Liked: the hotel was clean and the staff freindley
Disliked: The people in the room next to mine were very rude and annoying people, and they were banging on the door at three o'clock in the morning. I had to call the reception to tell them about the disturbance, and the employee went up to tell them why the disturbance was happening, and the problem was solved, but the residents were not polite. They were cursing and shouting at each other. There was no respect for the other residents.
