Disliked: he last 3 times I’ve stayed there -2 within the last month the tv hasn’t worked and there is never towels in the pool area

Disliked: I read the reviews and thought it would be a good hotel since it was recently renovated, I was wrong.The walls are paper thin. We had a room right next to the fitness center and pool, it was very loud. We stayed on the first floor and could hear everything that was happening upstairs and in the hallways. The heater unit was extremely noisy and the beds/sheets/pillows were very uncomfortable.

Great stay and staff.

Liked: Great breakfast and wonderful staff. I would stay there again. I will keep this one in my future file.

Told incorrect information then gaslit...

Disliked: I called ahead of time to confirm that there were not additional charges for a pet, and the person I spoke to said there were not. However, when I arrived at the property, I was told there was an additional charge. And the person at the front desk told me that she didn't know how I had gotten the wrong information, that she was the only person on call that night. I confirmed the number I had called to see if I had dialed the wrong hotel, but it was the same number. I would have selected a different hotel if I had been given accurate information regarding the pet charge, as there were other hotels in the price range that I ended up paying that were nicer and more convenient. Wouldn't recommend.

Disliked: The whole second floor smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana.This has happened the last two times I have visited.For a none smoking hotel this is unexceptionable.I will try one more time staying there and if it happens again I am done.You have a nice hotel and I stay there when ever IAM in town,but when you have elderly people and families staying.this is not good.And I don't want my clothes smelling like it.This last trip was for a funeral of my father-in-law and our children from out of town stayed also..One family had a baby and small child so they were breathing this all into their tiny lungs.I don't care if people use this stuff it should be enforced to be used out side ,since their breaking the law using it inside.
