Liked: Great breakfast and wonderful staff. I would stay there again. I will keep this one in my future file.
Disliked: Nothing

Told incorrect information then gaslit...

Disliked: I called ahead of time to confirm that there were not additional charges for a pet, and the person I spoke to said there were not. However, when I arrived at the property, I was told there was an additional charge. And the person at the front desk told me that she didn't know how I had gotten the wrong information, that she was the only person on call that night. I confirmed the number I had called to see if I had dialed the wrong hotel, but it was the same number. I would have selected a different hotel if I had been given accurate information regarding the pet charge, as there were other hotels in the price range that I ended up paying that were nicer and more convenient. Wouldn't recommend.

Disliked: The whole second floor smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana.This has happened the last two times I have visited.For a none smoking hotel this is unexceptionable.I will try one more time staying there and if it happens again I am done.You have a nice hotel and I stay there when ever IAM in town,but when you have elderly people and families staying.this is not good.And I don't want my clothes smelling like it.This last trip was for a funeral of my father-in-law and our children from out of town stayed also..One family had a baby and small child so they were breathing this all into their tiny lungs.I don't care if people use this stuff it should be enforced to be used out side ,since their breaking the law using it inside.

Liked: The staff was friendly when I got there had my reservation in order and helped me get paperwork done asap and the room was clean although I never could figure out how to get the TV to work i had my phone though so I didn't bother with tv much. I had breakfast before checking out and it was a chance for me to see Council bluffs although I got there kind of late th

Clean, quiet, comfortable, inexpensive stay

Liked: Good parking area, well lit.
Disliked: Difficulty finding the entrance from the main road and options to exit going either direction is confusing as choices are in different areas

Wonderful stay and great value.

Liked: Room and facility were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful! We would stay again!
Disliked: It was a little noisy in the halls but I think there was a birthday party.
