We stayed because of the rate and convenience to the Agri Center where we were a vendor. Probably would not stay here again.

Liked: Good continental breakfast, courteous staff
Disliked: No towels the first night and no coffee restock on in room coffee pot. Dirty carpet; dingy towels; had to make a call to get a receipt which was to be sent by email and it was not.

Liked: I loved how it was able to go online and reserve a room
Disliked: When I got there I was explaining too the staff that online I was already charged the 100 deposit and he was trying to tell me my room was still 275 with 100 added on it so it would make 375. While asking him why he continued to not listen and told me too give him my card that I’m paying the hotel for and my friend told him. (She is trying to ask you a question we not giving you a card till we are understood too both sides bc that’s false advertising). The sir said that’s correct it is false advertising and he told us too contact the people which we did with no reply back. But we didn’t stay it said we canceled. But my money is still pending for this stay.

Liked: Very good location for my needs. I did not partake of breakfast at Microtel because I had breakfast at my conference.
Disliked: A lot of noise next door around midnight in the adjacent room. A man and woman fighting and screaming. I should have called the front desk or 911.
