Was soooo disappointed ☹️

Liked: Love the nicest of the workers, warm heat,
Disliked: There were roaches. In the first room we placed the heat on high and the roaches came out.Until the point We woke up unto roaches crawling on us at 1:00 in the morning. So we shook out our clothes closed up our suitcase and changed rooms. It was good until we turned the heat up and saw another Roach coming out of the bathroom.I never had this problem before at this hotel.

Disliked: The staff had us standing outside for 20 minutes and was in the lobby on the phone, we knocked 5 different times with no reply and no answer on the phone when we called to be let in. Room did not look how it was advertised at all, staff was also being odd.

Disliked: They would not allow an hour late check out. My key was disabled before regular check out time and I had to ask for it to be reactivated. Breakfast was very skimpy and we ended up going out for breakfast.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: The entire room smelled bad, including the bed/pillows. Breakfast area was out of paper towels. No elevator - only steps to the room.
