Liked: Was only in the room for sleeping, did not experience much.
Disliked: When I pulled into the parking lot, there was a couple doing drugs right in their van, right in front of the hotel. The a/c in the room was terrible.

Exceptional

Exceptional service at a good...

Liked: The day manager Fernando was extremely helpful and friendly. First class service with a genuine smile. The night manager was also exceptional. I stayed a week and found my room immaculately clean and tidy when I returned in the evenings, so hats off to the cleaning staff. The breakfast was of good quality and there was a nice variety.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Nice, clean place to stay

Liked: Very nice room with a window seat. That was unusual. Clean room and lots of space. Very nice shower with good pressure. We had a fridge and microwave, but no freezer in the fridge. The mattress was pretty firm but there were plenty of pillows. There was only a desk chair but no other chair to sit in. Staff was very friendly and nice. There was an elevator. They had a good variety at breakfast.
Disliked: Only complaint was the firm mattress. We like very soft ones.
