Liked: Outside was not clean. Entrance Door was broken sometime during our stay. The family near by was extremely loud. Housekeeping was not available each day.

Such a Nice Stay, Thanks...
Liked: Breakfast was really good and delicious. My kids enjoyed it a lot. Thanks to the front desk. The boy who was working at the Front desk (Ryan), was a very great guy. He helped us a lot to finalize our reservation. I was In the King size room. The room was good and the Paintings was better.Thanks To Frontdesk (Ryan)You made our stay very pleasant.

Overall nice stay. Would stop...
Liked: Shower pressure was great. Beds were comfortable. Room was dated but clean. Front desk person very nice and willing to help with anything needed. We did not try breakfast so can't comment on it. Also gave us coupon for Texas road house and food very good there.
Disliked: Not all the lights worked in the room so a little dark. No coffee maker. Toilet moved a bit. Probably needed to be tightened.

You guys deserved 10 out...
Liked: Everything was very good. I want to give thanks to Ryan- The Front Man, Because he made everything very easy for me and my family. Wyndham should feel proud because they have the best front desk man in Microtel Inn & suites. This is my first time visiting there, The room was very very clean and the breakfast was very good. They have so much stuff. The problem I faced was That I booked the room as prepaid and I booked it from a third party from Booking.com, They changed the rate and I solved that problem by taking help from booking.com. Seriously it was not a good service from booking.com.By the way, Ryan was there that's why It was easily solved.They have different types of hot stuffs like Biscuits, sausages & gravy. It was such a good combination. AC unit Working very well. My girlfriend felt very comfortable.Thanks, Ryan for your help & Thanks to the Wyndham family for the best hospitality.You guys deserved 10 out of 10 &

Good price, but absolutely terrible...
Liked: The location was good for what we needed, and I felt that the price was fairly reasonable.
Disliked: Beginning at check-in, you could say that our experience was not the best. We were told that the rate we paid when we booked and paid through Booking.com didn't match the rate that they currently charge, so I was forced to call Booking.com and argue with the person at the front desk, who then tried to tell me to cancel through Booking.com so I could then book with them. It was incredibly unprofessional and annoying, and I highly suggest that this hotel get on the same page with Booking.com before someone else has to do it the same issues. The facilities weren't very clean, but the bed was comfortable. The microwave was a freaking nightmare, and I actually had to clean the bottoms of my feet because I could tell that there was stuff on the floor. I definitely am not going to stay there again, and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

Liked: I loved how clean the space was. It felt very inviting and I was able to relax at an affordable hotel for the first time.
Disliked: When my girlfriend and I went to get the complimentary breakfast, we’d seen a cockroach at the breakfast area. It was weird because of how clean the place looks, but it was on the waffle maker, so we decided to just skip it altogether.
