Liked: This is a nightmare hotel that expend little money on property upkeep, housekeeping, and maintenance. The front young lady receptionist in the morning shift is awesome with her customer care appreciation. The room we were assigned to was fitly dirty. All we were looking for was for clean cold and hot water. That aspect of the water was ok.Bed bugs were everywhere. Everything else was dirty. We took the time to buy oxyclean and some cleaning supplies to do our cleaning ourselves. We had to use the hotel towels, because is their property to maintain. Not ours. On 12/08/20241 We request to get accommodated to another room the same day we received the room. They never answer our request until this date.Today, when we returned to the hotel, our room door entry was not active. I was held hostage without permission to enter out room. then the manager, demanded a payment of $3,000 pesos for them to buy new towels. I explain him that the towels were used by us to clean his pure negligence for property upkeep. My CC company is already working on this case of pure negligence, maybe fraud on the manager reporting of maintenance expenses, and poor customer skills.Good thing I am a fan of recording mishaps in life. Here is the living proof of the dirtiness mess of this disaster hotel https://photos.app.goo.gl/657279FeFV7mkAPh8They will get what they deserve. Nothing. Thank youGustavo AmayaChairmanAmaya Group & Associates, Inc
