Great stay, but growing strains...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Front staff was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Whatever system is being used between front staff and cleaning staff needs work. I was let into 2 occupied rooms before they found an open room. Construction seemed to be going on, so maybe renovation is in the works? No explanation was given.

Liked: First room heater did not work, so it was cold for the first night, the next day they moved me to another room that was very worm. After that all was good

Liked: I thought the hotel staff were all very friendly!
Disliked: The sound insulation could be improved. I was hearing the next door neighbor’s conversation and TV show through the walls as I was laying in bed.

Disliked: Night and early morning staff took private calls while I was present. Felt as if it was more important. As I waited almost 5 min to check out for 3 sodas. He took his personal call, helped another employee and disregarded me standing there until he was ready
