Liked: Friendly staff. Easy access to interstate.
Disliked: Rooms need a good cleaning. Check-in was very slow. They need more than one attendant when a problems arises with another guest.

Sorry to say, my stay at Microtel was very disappointing. I had to change rooms - the first room smelled horrible. I changed to another room, where the bedspread had cigarette burns on it. The microwave door or cover fell off when I tried to pop some popcorn. The bathroom sink was not clean. It wasn't worth the money I paid - I promise I will never stay at another Microtel By Wyndham again!

Do not book or stay here. If you are not satisfied, they will not give a refund at all, but only offer you a room that is as bad as the first one. Very dissatisfied and will never return.

Liked: Nothing positive about this place.
Disliked: The rooms were very damp and smelt bad. The hallway carpets looked water stained. The carpets in the room were damp as well.

Liked: Clean room, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Shuttle driver was helpful.
Disliked: The beds were not as comfortable as most places I stay.

Liked: The location was within 20-25 mins from any place I wanted to go. The staff were nice and very accommodating.
Disliked: I had to get my card key reactivated twice during my stay.

Liked: it was cleaned, easy to find, one of the best choices , when we entered that friday night, i couldn’t catch his name but he was amazing. he greeted us , and made sure we knew where to go and honestly, keep him! got there about 9-10 pm.
Disliked: I can’t say there was anything that i didn’t like to be honest, everyone minded their own business, help was needed as needed.

Liked: Gentleman at the front desk was exceptional, met him early in the morning to drop off our luggage and ended up getting a great early check-in.. Found him later at night running a double shift and his service was still top notch. Shuttle is well run and timely. Driver was helpful with bags and ready from 5am.
