Liked: I love it , is quiet and relaxing . Is clean and smells good . The staff members are very polite .
Disliked: Break fast area wasn’t very clean , I am a very regular costumer and is always the same situación, besides that , break fast suppose to end by 9:00am but by 8:30 or 8:40 these are nothing left not even refills , I am customer service specialist and I know for sure that no matter what , every single area specially the lunch area have to be filled up and ready for customers until it closes. When I ask for help at the front desk sometimes the person in front desk doesn’t help for being distracted on the phone ,or she is not even in her place , she is nice but just that small detail .
