Liked: Too much noise from the sides and upper floor. I felt the stomping right on my face.

Great staff, subpar cleanliness.

Liked: The staff was courteous, but the room wasn't as clean as I would prefer. The tub had hair in the bottom.

Liked: The location was honestly perfect. It’s right off the highway, so super easy to get to, and there’s a ton of restaurants and stores all around. I loved that I could just walk out and grab coffee, dinner, or whatever I needed without having to drive anywhere. It made everything super convenient, especially after a long day. Definitely a great spot if you want to be close to everything. Room and hotel were clean and tidy. Staff was super friendly
Disliked: We didn't have a closet in our room. But there is space to hang up a few things if need be

Liked: Good service only thing there gym and pool was closed for remodeling

Liked: The girl at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: The bed, the pillows, there was no way to plug the bathtub to take a bath, I asked for a plug and no one contacted me back. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. The TV was horrible. I was staying because I left an abusive relationship, I needed an affordable place to wait with my U-Haul while I got an apartment, but the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, all I wanted was to take a bath and relax and couldn’t do that, the beds were horrible. I left the next morning and have been trying to get my money back for a week, all they needed to do was approve the refund for the nights I didn’t stay and their manager refuses to call me and is apparently never there. In my situation I really need that money and they don’t seem to care. Why would you refuse a refund for nights someone did not stay? DO NOT STAY HERE.

Disappointing

Liked: 1st room spelled like Marijuana.. 2nd room had food left in the microwave, floor not vacuumed, sink had food come up out of the drain when turned on.. Beds were hard & sheets were rough! It was late when we checked in 9p.m. and we had been traveling since 5a.m. so we just crashed. Breakfast.. sausage was raw in the middle and there were not enough serving utensils. The orange juice was rancid.. We we checked out and I told the front desk he just laughed and said sorry bout dat.. WTH.. NEVER AGAIN
