A little disappointing.

Disliked: It wasn’t as clean as we expected, and there was a strange vibration in the room, particularly in the bed. It eventually stopped. The front automatic doors were broken, and stayed open all the time.

Good for the money and...

Liked: Very clean but need to ease up on the chemicals would love more natural cleanliness.
Disliked: VERY LOUD ice machine outside my door also at elevators so cheap room NOT quiet!

Clean, convenient with friendly staff...

Liked: Proximity to major highway and options for restaurants and basic necessities. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Very basic hotel but clean. Room and bed/pillows were comfortable for the night. Worst was the bright light immediately outside of the window that shined between the top portion of curtain. Outside of tacking some towels into the wall to hang there was no way to keep the light from shining through. It kept us from sleeping most of the night until it finally turned off at some point in the morning.

Pleasing Stay!

Liked: Breakfast was fine, I liked the pancakes a lot! The room was much nicer than I expected given the price and location. We were staying here for a New Year's Lantern Festival in Dade City
Disliked: Everything was great, the mini fridge could be a little colder

Disappointing.

Liked: The room smelled musty, and there was clear mold and wood rot in the bathroom due to a shower leak. The shower pan was cracked. I emailed the manager and spoke with management, never heard back from the manager that I emailed. Would not recommend or stay here again. The ladies at the front desk were polite and helpful, but the manager never responded to my email regarding the subpar accommodations.
