Liked: Great staff. Wonderful people working the front desk.
Disliked: On site food is lacking. If not as cold would have walked to something nearby. Pool and pool room were bit cold.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, up to date. Good breakfast. Nice beds and pillows
Disliked: Only issue is that our room was near the pool and there was a lot of noise outside our room at all hours … running, crying, shouting, even a child trying to open our door.

Disliked: WiFi dropped, AC in room stopped nonconducting, but staff was able to get it "half running" during the night
