Liked: I liked that they honored my request for a 1st floor room since this location doesn’t have an elevator
Disliked: The mold growing on the ceiling of the shower was a turnoff since I am sensitive to mold. Grateful I had my inhaler. Was alittle unsettled due to my ground floor window not locking and no window screen so anyone can gain access to the room when I’m not there

The stay was ok.

Disliked: Was given a room next to Mechanical Room that made loud noise throughout the night. I was very disappointed about that.

Liked: Loved the fact that the staff was so friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything.
Disliked: No major concerns. There was one towel that was folded looks like maybe it was just missed to but it had a small stain on it but I called front desk and they gave us replacements and took care of it no problem.
