Stay somewhere else

Liked: Absurd excuse for breakfast. Really dirty. Black mold. Had to leave room and find staff to exchange towels and empty trash. Bed was remade once during two week stay. Suggest people not use Microtel.
Disliked: Everything... but especially the black mold and uncleanness of the room.

Good stay but could be...

Liked: What I like about my stay was the clerks was friendly and very well mannered. The location was centered around a Walmart, restaurants, bars, and the sports complex. So everything was in walking distance.
Disliked: What I didn't like was I notice black mold in the shower my last day there. I was there for 4 days. the room did not get cleaned unless I took the initiative to clean.

Liked: It was not crowded. The room felt cozy. Location near restaurants Walmart and many shopping locations.
Disliked: Roaches, burn marks on toilet seat , police on seen for a guest who reportedly had it paid and barricaded himself in the room . Breakfast was a joke included Mimi muffins and coffee in old dust coffee in pot and 1/2 drank 1 lg bottle of simply OJ . That's it .area not clean . I left behind a brand new pair of shoes called the room in attempt to retrieve . As I seen housekeeper when exiting I offered a Turkey for Gratitude .. so the room was so definitely cleaned . I called and asked if they were turned in or if they could look in the room for the shoes. There was no compassion for loss and obvious with conversation no attempt would be made . I was told no .I was promised a call back from Supervisor .this never happened . When I spoke to someone at my calling back they responded as if I had stole something from them , Rude and short all the way around . And had the audacity to ask if I had taken the shoes with me . Really who would go through this much trouble In attempts to hopefully get lucky and have my shoes be returned . All hope gone no doubt someone employed there has them . PS the Pool was Empty and nasty just filthy
