A life saver

Liked: The staff was super nice. 2 out of 3(one of the guys didn’t talk to me but the other two guys were very helpful and kind.The location was not far from the convention center.
Disliked: The took me last minute and checked me in, I was so greatly to find them. However there was minor things like crack may have been in the wall. Stains on the shower curtain. I would have like a better breakfast, the muffins were dry and the juice and milk(no oat milk) were minimum.

Disliked: staff Chris was very rude from beginning, very unhelpful and aggressive to simple inquiries,when notified water is coming low pressure in sink he said it's normal .when asked about cleaning room process he said if you want this service you have to pay 300$ extra .overall it was the most hostile front desk
