Disliked: The staff, THIER unwillingness to help me get rest. I didn’t arrive until 8am and they started bothering me at 11 am. Spare me the usual dialogue about that is how it’s done, other hotels help out when it’s possible. I doubt that place has ever sold out. So rest assured as I book many hotels, flights, and car rentals for my company so now I’ll b looking to use the other companies I book with other than yours.

Liked: The hotel was nice the water pressure was good in shower..
Disliked: My room canceled before I got there. I was a pay at the location. Since I wasn't there at 4 they canceled my room.

Bad

Liked: Nothing. Completely junk!!
Disliked: Air leaking in from around the a/c, sprinkler system is falling out of the wall, beds uncomfortable, crack heads that work & live there. Just weird.

Very poor

Disliked: There were roaches crawling around in our room, one crawled in my face, terrible

Liked: Ease of check-in. The desk person was sweet. Cozy room.
Disliked: Stained sheets, dingy wash cloths, most of the lights in the room did not work. The first room we were sent to, the toilet didn't work (no water in tank), the second room, the sink was left on, and the water ran all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was sparse. No fruit. No yogurt. No bread for toast. No orange juice. But the bed was comfortable, and the refrigerator worked
