Disliked: Booked 2 queens and got 1 queen and I was traveling with my 23-year old son. I was told Booking.com messed up and has done that a few times. Then another woman at the counter says they're double booked. She has only smoking rooms left for people who requested non-smoking - so did Booking.com mess up or did I just lose my original room to someone else? Water damage in the bathroom, mold in the seams of the tub, no coffee, no fridge ...

Liked: The location is the only good thing about this hotel.
Disliked: The room was no clean. I pulled the sheets back and they were dirty. The room didn’t have a trash can in it and no amenities like soap, shampoo..etc. Room service didn’t come to check not once to bring clean towels. Also my last day, the hostess was very rude. I had an emergency while visiting my family, was at hospital all night. I woke up and called the hotel, and the hostess hung up on me and was VERY rude. Got to the hotel about 12:15 and they had my things bagged up in plastic bags. They had no business touching my things and never tried to contact me to see what was going on. I will NEVER stay here again!

Disliked: First I got a room that wasn’t cleaned. Went down and no apology just oh I thought I was going to have an easy day gave me another room had no toilet paper or the bottles of soap shampoo a persons hair band wrapped around the bathroom door like the door was broken. Shower wasn’t cleaned . No microwave holes in the sheets. Asked about the microwave waited three hours was told no one would answer there call and got attitude from desk saying well there was one down stairs to use. Reported the incident and the customer service couldn’t even get a hold of the desk when she was sitting in the dark on her phone. Ended up checking out that night no apologies or anything from her and I booked another hotel la quinta which I wish I would have booked in the first place. Everyone there looked like they was on drugs .

Disliked: My sheets had holes in them my room was stale smelling . There was dirt and hair in the tub . I brought my own covers . There was a bag over my fire alarm . There was trash in the hall way . Broken up honeybuns in the stairway.
