Very cold room

Liked: Comfy bed once you got the room up to 65 degrees
Disliked: Elevator was not working had to carry bags up to room and heat was shut off it took several hours to warm the room as it was below zero outside

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Tv did not work. Poor upkeep. Dirt in corners in bathroom and cracked sink. Blue paint drips everywhere Lock was removed. Someone kept putting a rock in outer entrance that made it not very safe.

Liked: Clean comfortable room. Bed was great.
Disliked: Front desk clerk took my credit card and swiped it without explaining why. After I had booked and paid for my room online. Building is 30 yards from Interstate 90. My room faced the highway so I could absolutely hear the traffic zoom by all night.
