WAS REFUSED

Liked: Me and my husband both hated this place that's supposed to be so great that cost so much it's NOT worth the waste of my time or my money, we had everything booked the night before where we had been traveling from Pittsburgh W.V so much we was way to tired to travel any more so we wanted to stay the night there WELL we was REFUSED to be allowed to stay the night there by this one smart aleck woman up front because we had made it in the Beckley area heading to Mullens NOW remember we was coming out here all the way from Pittsburgh . Also before even getting there she took the $200.00 deposit , the money for our room , and some kinda of fee for what ever , so when she refused to let us stay I told her I wanted my dang money back and she told me that it hadn't been took off witch made me mad so I showed her my conference number they send you and everything else that she asked for , then she all like oh ok there you are I have to put that you canceled WITCH WE DID NOT DO SHE DONE IT TO KEEP ALL MY MONEY BECAUSE IF NO SHOW THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY YOU DON'T GET IT BACK , WE showed up as she was pulling my money off my card WITCH they can't refund well that's what she said anyway and we also was refused to talk to the general manager , she ONLY done us like that because we ain't high class people BUT we are HUMAN to , woman you don't deserve that job anybody I mean anybody else would do 1,000 times better hell my 12 year old son could do it , WE WILL NEVER EVER TRY AGAIN WE RATHER SLEEP IN OUR DANG CAR FIRST .
