Disliked: Noise issues between rooms, You should not have to sleep through people coughing on both sides of your apartment,constant talking etc, there needs to be a proper 70 db (approx ) noise rated party wall system.There needs to be an extract fan in the toilet area, you should not be relying on the air conditioning of the bed space to deal with steam & smell from a semi open bathroom/toilet space, it doesn't work, its unhealthy, I can't see how it complies with the NZ building code.The doors need their closing mechanism adjusted so the walls don't shudder when it closes.Adjoining apartment door when left to close on its own would shake the walls of the room.Take a look at room 206 around the door inside, the paint is breaking off around the door frame!! totally unacceptable.Some information on how the roof window blinds work (one didn't completely go down btw) would help.Could not get the TV to work, how does the remote select the channels as it requests on the screen? ( a common comment on your website)Your 3 day service period option does not have the sufficient tea & milk back up, If you are leave before 8 am & arrive back after 6pm,( like I was) you have no staff to request room supplies from. Your bar on the ground floor continues to advertise a food menu when there is no food available, what is the point?The beds are far to high to safely enter and exit from, and you continue to stub your toes on the timber plinth at floor level,( Actually fell out on one occasion when exiting, not realizing the ridiculous height the bed is off the floor.)I look forward to your response addressing the above issues, Am normally a tolerant person, but after some 50 + years of travelling this would be one of my worst experiences.

Good few nights away from...

Liked: I liked the room was more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The room was very clean too. Also, I found the staff was very helpful at the reception.
Disliked: The floor of the shower booth was wobbly and it made quite loud sound as we stepped on it. Other than that everything was great.
