It was comfortable but we...

Liked: The facilities were clean and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was ok but they could have offered more options but it was good.
Disliked: We stayed there for 3 nights and two mornings out of the three, we were woken up by an alarm clock from the room next to us. I called and complained the first morning after about 15 minutes. The staff said they tried to fix the problem but the alarm never went off until an hour later. Then on the last morning we were there we did not have to get up until 8am and the same alarm went off at 5am, I gave it about 5 minutes then called the front dest and complained again. At 5:15 the alarm was still going off and I called back and they claimed they tried to stop it. I had to bang on the wall multiple times before the person finally said "I am up", and turned it off. The alarm went off again after 10 minutes then again at 6am and 7am. I was disappointed that the staff did not offer us anything in return for that issue. Yest noises are going to happen but an alarm that you can constantly hear through the wall when you are trying to sleep is annoying especially when it happens more than one time.
