Exceptional

Liked: Location was super good, not far from Colesseum. Super cosy place for breakfast was provided. The host is super caring, he was always ready to provide any help.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Superb

It was short and sweet.

Liked: It was within walking distance to many of the main attractions in Rome.
Disliked: The neighborhood needs to be described as residential, we weren't expecting that. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor, there needs to be a handle to grab onto when you get out of the shower.

I felt like I am...

Liked: The position of the appartment, very close to the metro and other lines, near the beautiful park and Colosseo. The area is very safe and you are staying in the building where families with children live. Everything was clean and perfectly organized.Daniele was very kind and helpful and he gave me all the information I needed before I arrived.The breakfast was ok, the cappuccino and croissant- enough to start the day. The café is nice, on the corner where the locals drink their coffe before going to work.
Disliked: For a reasonable price, you get everything you need, there are no negative points for me.

Great place to stay while...

Liked: Great location, clean, quiet, owner was very easy to talk with , answered all of our questions. The complimentary breakfast was a special treat every morning

Liked: The location was amazing, convenient and comfortable.Our host was incredibly helpful and outgoing.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The owner was responsive and helpful when we needed anything. The air conditioning was cold and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The shower had what looked like a bit of mold growing

Liked: Really close to the coliseum. Daniele was really helpful and was always trying to make our stay comfortable. The room was really comfy and clean as well as the bathroom
Disliked: A bit noisy at nightThe breakfast included was at a bar and a bit light. However you can choose to have the continental breakfast for some euros more
