They do not have 24h...

Disliked: We rang the bell at night after having made the reservation online from the car. Their information states 24h reception. Upon arrival with two small children (1 and 3 years old) in our car we rang the doorbell. They never came to us in person. Only communicated through the intercom that they would not accommodate us and they sent us away indicating that they would repay us. They also indicated that this happened to them more often with booking clients.

Liked: the food is expert and fine , the hotel does not compliment this standard with rooms and staff ,only stop for dinner .
Disliked: the staff are inflexible and make no attempt to adapt to guest request about construction dust and noise,the September 2024 addition of a swimming pool seems obsolete when the labyrinthine entrance area ,room access and stairs , room ,carpets, plumbing ,room freshness are inadequate .

Liked: Very kind staff and we've had a great dinner at the bistro downstairs. We had a disco lightning shower head, which was fun!
