I reserved a room at this hotel without knowing anything about it. Turned out it was a fabulous choice. The staff were attentive and courteous. The hotel is immaculate. The coffee shop has delicious coffee. The location is excellent. Nice to take a morning walk along the seawall and bridge areas. View from my room was wonderful. I will stay here again when I visit the area. Highly recommend it.

Liked: First, the view was amazing! It was the best hotel I ever stayed in Miami. I always stay in south beach but never downtown. For now on, I will stay downtown Miami every time I visit. The location was great, I can walk to everything. While I stayed we had access to the pool and hot tub next door. Simply amazing. Absolutely love the hot tubs. The pool was great as well. The view at night was breath taking. The lights from the building was very beautiful. If I can afford it again, I will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The only thing about the room I didn't like was that the door didn't go down to the floor. There was a small opening on the bottom of the floor that you can see and hear inside the room. . So I wouldn't recommend active couples to stay there. You will be heard and maybe seen., Unless they provide private rooms. I thought all rooms should be private.
