Liked: The property is close to the airport.
Disliked: The front desk staff entered my information wrong. This caused the property to take funds from the wrong account and impacted my full vacation. The same card was then hacked after the transaction from this property.

Disliked: When we checked in they told me they only had two rooms ready. So I took the two ready rooms for my parents and son. Then I sat there for 3 and a half hours waiting. Finally I asked when I could possibly get the other two rooms only to find out they had forgotten about me. Not a good impression.

Pleasant hotel, if a bit...

Liked: Large comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, reception staff helpful. Rooms quiet despite proximity to airport. Nice pool. Cane Fire restaurant very good. Regular airport shuttle bus.
Disliked: Couch in room was covered in stains - not very appealing. Breakfast buffet was limited and not good value for money, although omelette chef excellent.
