Liked: The staff was quite accomodating. I liked that there was a facility on site that I could rent a car. In addition, the shuttle service was also quite convenient.
Disliked: All was Okay to satisfy my immediate needs.

Convinient location, 5 minutes friving...

Liked: A Starbuck branch was in house. The location as it is 5 minutes away from the airport.
Disliked: The check in at the hotel was not as smooth as we expected it to be. The staff was not so helpful at check in. At check in we were charged the entire fee all at once (not a hold on the amount). On day 2 and 3, we were additionally charged on a daily basis for the room fees/charges. There was one friendly staff (african american guy with glasses) that was extremely helpful and assisted us on day 4 and got the matter resolved with accounting and his manager. We are thankful for his swift and kind assistance.

Apart for this I always...

Disliked: There was no hair dryer in room 503 for the woman to dry her hair

Disliked: The fact that I was unable to use the wifi even though my devices said I was connected and no one there was either interested or qualified to assist. Coming from the UK without a local SIM meant that until I was able to get a SIM I was reliant on having wifi for all further activity within the USA. In this day and age, particularly in a country that considers itself at the forefront of technology and service this was a very bad situation.

It was a great stay...

Liked: The food and service at the restaurant was top notch. Both dinner and breakfast were great and staff was great.
Disliked: The temp in the room was not cold enough. The sheets were not cotton so my fiancée was hot and irritated by them
