TERRIBLE

Liked: NOTHING AT ALL & EVERYONE WAS RUDE EVEN THE MANAGER POOR HOUSE CLEANING & THE OVER CHARGE YOU FOR UR DEPOSIT AND ALSO THEY TAKE THEY TIME ON SENDING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK TO YOU IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL TO ME

Great time considering.

Liked: Convenient, i like that the pool/hot tub is open all night.
Disliked: This was my third stay at this location and the hot tub has not worked any of my stays. Was told the pool is heated which is a completely false.

The hotel has potential, it...

Liked: Nice location, everything near , 10 min from sea world and really nice breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The lamp at the room only 1 worked too dark the room I had to leave the bathroom door open to light up the room and there were a lot of problems with the receptacles and also saw 2 cockroaches
