Good breakfast & location

Liked: Good breakfast with a large variety. Good location near the main train station as well as tram and bus stops.It was clean and staff were friendly if we needed anything and we could see the Duomo from the balcony.
Disliked: The bedroom was really small, we booked a family room for 3 adults and the beds were squashed together ( not like in the picture) and there wasn't much room to move around. We were out for most of the time, so it wasn't a massive issue.

Disliked: Very dirty bathroom, hotel smells like sewage, hotel reaction was terrible. Hotel obviously does not respect health and safety standard.

Liked: The staff were friendly. It was a short walk into the centre and from the train station. The tram was right outside hotel.
Disliked: There was a terrible smell of sewage in the downstairs foyer and corridors. The spa wasn’t the best! Hot tub was lukewarm and there were no towels. Hotel rooms were a bit dated and shabby.

5star quality, quiet ,relaxing, pampered...

Liked: Absolutely everything was superb ! Tram from airport stops outside front of hotel, Staff very professional and helpful, spa spotlessly clean and relaxing..Breakfast outstanding, worthy of 5star hotel !!Can't praise this place enough !!! Won't be staying anywhere else when in florence !!!

Liked: Breakfast was superb - great choice and very appealingThe room was very good and comfortable, superb bathroom and I loved the view of the garden and pool from my balcony!Spa and pool wonderful. i also had a lovely massage.
Disliked: The bar is a bit unexciting compared to other hotels - it is a passageway to one of the lifts and does not look inviting. so i did not bother to have a drink there with friends but went elsewhere. The bathroom could do with a magnifying mirror as standard - many of us a visually challenged and need to see to apply eye makeup!
