Liked: We had a great stay , the room it was very comfortable and cozy. Also Joana the lady at the reception she gave us an upgrade and she was very nice with us ! The hotel is very close to the center so I definitely recommend it!

Passable

Disliked: Miserable unfriendly staff, and charged me extra for my partner, even though I had upgraded to a family room which consisted of a Queen size bed (big enough for 3 people) and a separate single bed. I felt the extra £35 charge for the 2nd person was just a scamming rip-off charge, which they knew they could do, because we had no option but to pay for it. Next time I will keep my mouth shut and not tell them I have a partner. Once bitten twice shy!

Disliked: Wifi was not working. Air conditioning was not working. No air in the room.
