Liked: Simple rooms but with everything you need
Disliked: I'm not sure about the other floors, but the 5th floor and my room smelled of sewage.The room was cleaned, but the bed linen also gave me a rash

Liked: Amazing breakfast. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Perfect location to travel in and out of Florence.
Disliked: We had to change rooms as one of the bathroom extractor fans was broken. But the staff were very quick and helpful in sorting the issue for us.

Liked: Oh my god! Think of a place that makes you feel like home. This hotel is this place.Let's start with the bedroom - spacious, clean, with a beautiful view. Bed was so comfortable and shower was beautiful. The light switches were so cool! The staff.... such warming and welcoming people. The receptionists were so nice, they resolved all of our matters. We had a massage as well and the masseuse was so qualified - the best! And we had a few drinks as well and the bartender was the COOLEST - Kiki her name, we had to go back the night after because the vibes were fantastic.The location could not be better - right at the heart of florence, with the trains and trams so close, and yet you still couldn't hear any transportation nearby - I still slept like an angel!I would 100% recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, and if/when I come back to florence I will DEFINITELY stay there!

Great location, comfy bed, good...

Liked: Brilliant location, despite being very near to train station we couldn’t hear any noise! Very high tech lights and air conditioning too. We had a superior room and its was excellent- the bed was very comfortable. I had mixed upMy dates and ended up ringing the hotel, Iona on the desk was so helpful and made sure everything was sorted out which made a massive difference to our stay! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
