Weekend get away

Liked: The front desk staff was nice , the room was nice and clean but it was not ocean view as requested during booking
Disliked: Only 2 restaurant choices

Ok. Love the place. Just...

Liked: Cleanliness, front desk very nice.
Disliked: In advance I asked for champagne in room as it was my anniversary and said I would pay. They said no problem and it would be complementary. Nothing in room at check in. Room service never answered and tv didn’t work in room.
