Huge hotel with a lot of dining choices, although pricey.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Distances between amenities.

There was no coffee pot in the room, and you couldn't get any TV channels either. There wasn't a working clock in the room. When I waited an hour and a half to check-in, I ended up missing a Motown show due to the hour and a half wait and did not get refunded the two hundred dollars for the show I missed because of their fault. Very bad! And it was all on a Sunday.

Liked: Breakfast at the cafe was good.
Disliked: I had to wait an hour and a half standing in line before getting a room.

First time in Vegas and...

Liked: The staff was amazing. Polite and kind
Disliked: The room was so hot I turned ac all the way to 65 and it never got below 70 and I can't sleep when hot. And I paid extra for a strip view and couldn't see anything but the roof of the lower mgm grand and sides of other buildings no strip at all.

Nice room but not what...

Liked: Our reservation was for a King room with a view of the strip. Although our room was very nice, the view was definitely not of the strip. It was a view of the hotel rooftop in the back of the hotel. Not what we paid for unfortunately

Disliked: Pricey, lousy food offer, loud, smells of cigarettes, not allowed to use the fridge in room.

Liked: Staff was amazing.
Disliked: Hotel room itself was bad. No water cups, no coffee maker. No fridge. Nickel and dime the guests is what it felt like

The MGM hotel and casino...

Liked: Heated pool and location and the monorail
Disliked: Didn’t like that our electrical outlets were burnt out and that you had to pay to use the refrigerator

We had a great time....

Liked: Lots of options for dining. Fun casino. Staff were awesome checking in and out.
Disliked: Cigarette smoke.
