Huge hotel with a lot of dining choices, although pricey.
Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Distances between amenities.

There was no coffee pot in the room, and you couldn't get any TV channels either. There wasn't a working clock in the room. When I waited an hour and a half to check-in, I ended up missing a Motown show due to the hour and a half wait and did not get refunded the two hundred dollars for the show I missed because of their fault. Very bad! And it was all on a Sunday.
Liked: Breakfast at the cafe was good.
Disliked: I had to wait an hour and a half standing in line before getting a room.

Very poor
Liked: They gave our room to another person in the middle of the night because they had a similar name. We had to walk down to the front desk in the middle of the night. The night manager at the front desk was very rude and insisted we wait in line with other guests who had not yet checked in. We were exhausted and ready for bed. It was a long walk to the front desk and back to the room. The hotel is huge. Horrible experience and customer service.
