For $300.00 a night and that's a cheap room, you can do way better in the area, but it is very fancy if that's what you're into.

Liked: Spa; pool workout area very nice and relaxing.
Disliked: Not enough towels for 4 people and just one bar of soap; no real entertainment except gambling; no live music or such; no continental breakfast or in room coffee that didn't cost.

Liked: Besides the impressive hotel itself, the staff at the front desk to the valet parking attendants.

Liked: hotel was nice
Disliked: I origianlly booked through Booking .com. However, I was charged for the room on my credit card. I spoke to the staff about this and they said that I would have to get the refund through Booking .com. The room was already paid for and thus I was charged twice for the same room. I did reach someone on the staff that seemed to understand what had happened, but she eventually hung up on me. I was polite and adequately described my circumstances but was hung up on.
