Disliked: - lock of the bathroom and unit got stuck a few times- floors squeek everywhere- curtains doesn’t keep out any light- window doesn’t keep out sound

disappointing and misled

Liked: the room was clean, the shower was very good. fresh clean linen and towels
Disliked: the room did not look like the pictures, there was chunks of plaster off the wall, damage to the walls. no tea or coffee facilties, I asked for an iron they said they have them.but can't take it to the room. I asked where I could use it and they told me it is illegal to use an iron in the hotel. instead they told me to find a laundry company. Two members of staff were very unhelpful gave us no information. the other two we saw were very nice. the hotel is not as close as advertised and the nearest metro was not a 10 minute walk as stated. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we barely slept. overall we did not enjoy our stay and feel the description for the accommodation is not accurate at all
