Fresh air? Not today.

Disliked: It was terrible.We were given a room where the windows couldn’t be opened, which is honestly ridiculous.The staff told me there was nothing they could do and that I should just sleep in a room that's +35°C with no fresh air.The staff told me they had no rooms available and were fully booked. But I checked Booking.com and found that plenty of rooms were still available.Never again!

Liked: Love the close proximity to the hospital. The staff were very friendly. The room was well decorated and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included was great and the food was good.More attention to detail in the cleaning especially the bathroom counter and makeup mirror is needed.When requested the cleaning staff accommodated the coffee request. It would be nice to have more coffee pods in the room the first night.

Fantastic location

Liked: Some of the staff were great whilst others were clueless. Common areas starting to look tired. We got a room upgrade which gave us room to repack for an international flight the next day.

Comfortable stay with excellent coffee...

Liked: The coffee was wonderful, once I figured out the Illy machine. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Walks distance to so many restaurants and pubs. Short drive to the U of A hospital where we had an appointment. The staff were very friendly. Quite clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There was no place to park for the valet parking (full) and no instructions on where to park for the self parking option. Drove around the bloke numerous times before finding a place to park around the corner…but then had to hope no tickets would be given before the valet moved our car. I had booked partially based on pictures showing bathtub in rooms. There was not one. Very disappointing. The beds were comfortable but very low. Anyone older or with mobility issues would have a difficult time with them. This should be noted when people are booking. The charging station on the night table needed cleaning.
