Was close to University hospital...

Liked: Clean. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Parking was a couple of blocks away

Good hub to discover south...

Liked: Good location, strong water pressure, comfy large bed, plenty of towels supplied
Disliked: Very noisy at night (especially on weekend), the facilities seem old and could be refreshed (carpet, bathroom)

Highly Recommend

Liked: The location on Whyte is excellent with great shopping and amazing restaurants all within easy walking distance. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very professional and friendly. The included breakfast is a full north american breakfast which was excellent.
Disliked: The bed in our room was firmer than we would have liked although it did not affect our overall experience here. I'd stay here again anytime.

Great place to relax and...

Liked: The location is great for walking around Whyte Ave. Great views of downtown. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Great shower and bathtub, nice and hot and great water pressure! Breakfast is very good, something for everyone.
Disliked: Fireplace in my first room didn't work, staff were very helpful in switching me to another room. The second fireplace worked, technically, but would often go out unexpectedly and then flare up...which was a bit alarming. I noticed a carbon monoxide detector, which was good, but still not ideal.
