Liked: Easy to find and central. Very near tram stop from the airport. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Liked: Staff tried to be helpful.
Disliked: Property is not being maintained as needed to keep up appearances. Room is 20-30 years past due for remodeling or upgrading. Room shows it is on a break-fix schedule. Fixtures, lighting, HVAC, carpet, closet, bathroom, etc. are from a time period long past. Door unlocking was a major problem. Secondary door latch was loose and barely hanging onto the door frame. Linen maintenance is after a three day stay. Lobby condition is indicative of the room condition.

Liked: Bed was amazingly comfortable! Hotel services were on top of room services, bed turnup, new towels, etc.
Disliked: Overall hotel felt old, ripped curtains, stains, etc. seems like this place needs some love.
