Disappointing as it was suppose...

Liked: Breakfast was nice and Scotts bar was a nice place to relax and drink.The spa facilities and pool looked good.
Disliked: Water was coldBed was uncomfortable. The mattress needed to be replacedNo soapNo obvious way to contact receptionLimited tea facilities in the bedroomStaff on-fussed about the above.

Very pleasant and comfortable

Liked: Location perfect for me and my activities. Breakfast well displayed with plenty of choice and actually very nice

Perfect night away!!

Liked: Everything was perfect, all the staff were excellent and always friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Felt a little rushed at meal times but wasn't too bad.

Liked: Staff super friendly and bedroom was quite spacious for a family of 3 and a dog (Labrador).Food at breakfast was good and with some variety.
Disliked: Swimming pool was ok, but nothing special. We couldn't book a massage as it was fully booked with months of waiting.
