Liked: - Location to our event venue was fantastic so it met our first criteria. - The room was well sized.- The bathroom was very clean - loved it!- Great iron which worked incredibly well to iron out heavy wrinkles for travelers like us. - We were fortunate to be given a room with a view which we totally appreciated, thank you. - Excellent lighting in the bathroom. Keep this up!
Disliked: - We didn't receive Housekeeping services even though we stayed for 2 nights. It was weird because it happened to us in Western Australia at 2 hotels in a row, to the point we thought that this was becoming a standard in Australia. We found out that (again), the staff had forgotten. Not quite sure how they could forget if everything is part of the SOP. - Only the checking-out staff was a bit impersonal when we informed her that we received no Housekeeping services. It would be wonderful to receive more empathy upon check-out.

Liked: The restaurant staff were very professional
Disliked: Being put into a room looking out at nothing with floors of rooms with views. Asked to move told I couldn't as I booked through booking.com and the rate is discounted

Disliked: Room was in need of renovation. Some of the family rooms on level 3 have been freshened up and are great. Other rooms are dissapointing.
