Liked: Location was fairly central - east to get around
Disliked: The aircon basically didn’t work and room was constantly hot. Shower soap holder also broken and falling apart. Not enough spare towels, especially since no one comes to do room service. No where to store luggage whilst you wait for check in.

Disliked: Decor is a little tired. Lounge chair could benefit from a steam clean.

Disliked: No screens on windows...pretty smelly and loud outside. Couldn't stop bugs getting in but then no fresh air.

Liked: The location was great. Found myself just a few minute walk from the bus line that I needed to take.
Disliked: The room was horrible. First thing I found was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. When I went to the window, it was wide open with a line of half smoked cigarettes. The linen in the bathroom was dirty on the first day and some of the dispensers were empty. Thankfully I had my own. I dropped something on the floor that night. Only to find nut shells and tissues under the bed and the dust on the top shelves was really thick. By the end of the second day I was sneezing so I cleaned a little myself. On check in when I asked for parking I was told that it is subject to availability. The man then gave a smirk and a small laugh and said if you can't get one then good luck finding street parking.

Liked: The breakfast was discounted for guest by a small amount
Disliked: Upon entering the room we could see it was not clean. Dust build up in the airconditioner and skirting boards. Reported to staff as I suffer from dust allergies and could not stop sneezing. Could not control the temperature of shower either very hot or cold. Only one lift working haha didn't know if you were going up or down.
