Disliked: Requested early hotel check in as website says i could, staff basically refused early check in. I arrived at 6am off the plane hoping to maybe secure 12 - 12:30pm check in to shower, nap & rest before I had to get ready to leave at 5ish to go to luke combs. Staff were not as friendly or accomodating as other hotels I have stayed at in Sydney. Will not be staying here again, would much rather pay extra and be looked after accordingly by more friendly staff elsewhere. When I asked if they could put a request in for the room to try be ready as requested they said “its up to the cleaning staff”. poor response in my opinion.

Liked: Location, spent the Australia day weekend here.
Disliked: Outdoor pool needs safety rails for ease of entry and exit.
