Pleasant

Liked: The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for us, and the location was good.
Disliked: The room was very dated and not of four star standard, and the carpet was stained.

Convenient functional hotel for sightseeing...

Liked: Not far from Central Station so could walk there.Lifts were good Staff were good regarding wifi.We could walk to the trams to go round the central area and the Circular Quay for boats to Manly, buses to Bondi were frequent from Hyde Park
Disliked: Although we were on the 11th floor there was a lot of street noise.Wifi was available in reception but not available in our room Staff gave us a dongle to plug in which we could log into.Hotel on edge of Chinatown area and there was always a smell of food.Breakfast was average particularly pastries and no choice of eggs.

Disliked: I don’t like that at the moment my $100 deposit still hasn’t been returned and that’s now been over a well since staying there.
