Liked: Loved the Hotel - beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly. We took the bus into Amsterdam every (about 20 minute journey). This was easy to use.
Disliked: Nothing to not like.

Good hotel, within easy reach...

Liked: Helpful staff, nice breakfast and good transport links.
Disliked: The shower is within the room i.e not in a separate room.

Liked: The aesthetic - very beautiful hotel considering the value for money when comparing to my other options for my short stay.
Disliked: The temperature control system is very unclear/slow to respond. I would adjust the thermometer setting a few degrees up and an hour later it is still the same temperature as before.

Liked: This is a beautifully decorated hotel with good transport links to the city centre and the airport.The staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The cooked breakfast items were not very warm

Stunning hotel

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous, the bed and pillows were comfy and overall generally stunning! Staff were lovely and breakfast was also good.
Disliked: Didn’t realise how far out of the city it was. A good 20 min tram/bus journey, so well over an hour to walk. Once we got our bearings it wasn’t so bad but was a bit of a mission
