Liked: Very welcoming and personalised service. We went to celebrate my son's birthday. The staff left a card and a happy birthday message in room with truffles. While at dinner the staff came and sung happy birthday with a cake. Evening entertainment was amazing, we all throughly enjoyed our selves.We had a wonderful stay could not fault their service and attention to detail.

Great family friendly hotel.

Liked: Great for families and young children. Friendly staff and very clean. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Car parking was limited and they didn’t ask me if I had a car on arrival so then couldn’t get out of the car park without paying an heavy price. They did sort this but it was tricky finding a place to park. More information about the facilities would have been useful and a map to get around the huge site.
