Central hotel

Liked: Central location and friendly staff
Disliked: Hotel could do with full redecoration.

Quite no atmosphere

Liked: Location good , breakfast was delicious , staff were lovely but hotel a little dated , at first i thought it was a care home lots of elderly people staying not for younger guests

a happy stay

Liked: the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: the bedroom I was in was rather dark. the heating could have been better. it seemed to be on only at odd times.

A short but interesting visit...

Liked: From the outside the hotel is very well maintained. There was a very helpful and friendly person to greet us on arrival and the location of the hotel in Llandudno is very good.
Disliked: The room was very small as was the shower room attached and overpriced. The bar area was uncomfortable. Whilst our meal of fish and chips was very good, you couldn't help but feel you were being micro managed so that the staff could be gone by 8.30pm.

A really comfortable welcoming break...
