Liked: Perfect location, super convenient and walkable for the downtown area. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. The holiday decorations inside and outside were SPECTACULAR!
Disliked: Can't think of anything at all!

Disliked: Room was very small, plywood floors and walls quite strange, especially when the main house was beautifully restored toots Victorian grandeur. Tiny bedside table…no room for anything electronic. Terrible internet connection.Was advertised with breakfast,but after I booked the reservation the welcome email said there was no breakfast all winter!! Turned out they had croissants and orange juice in the lobby, but no coffee, tea or anything else. And a sign saying one croissant per guest.

Liked: The concierge Shawn was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The house is decked out beautifully for the holidays, and we appreciated all of the touches in the room such as the welcome snacks and beverages. The included breakfast is light (croissants and juice), but based on the off season pricing we were more than happy to check out the local restaurants for something more substantial.

Disliked: We stayed here when it was a bnb and it has lost its warmth and ambiance. It is a cross between a hotel and a boarding house. It is very clean and has been modernized. The lounge area does not have comfy chairs and couches but ice cream shop small tables and chairs. There is not an atmosphere encouraging contact between guest..hence the contactless registration. The restaurant is closed in the 6 winter months but for breakfast, one croissant and half a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice is available on one of those small round tables.
