comfortable and welcoming

Liked: the free brekkie that was part of the deal and the room service was excellent.
Disliked: The barista is not available during the morning brekkie from 630 AM to 930AM. Barista is only available by 10AM which is very late to have a fresh morning coffee.

Not for Family stayers

Liked: Staff were reasonably good. Our stay was for 5 people but they forgot to make sofa bed. Had to ask for toilet tissue on arrival as only half a roll for 5 people. it was very noisy at night after 11pm as people yelling and shouting and none of the staff members were down to keep them quite.
Disliked: Too noisy after 11pm

we are very happy to...

Liked: the bed is bit soft , I had bit sore back need firm bed for elder senior people if need support special senior room with rail at shower and toilet in future Need specialised for deaf people if they attend this hotel , write notes and explain more please as we are deaf as well
Disliked: some staff are lack don't realise we are deaf , mistake of order dinner , properly communicate with deaf people in future.
