Disliked: The number plate recognition for the parking did not work at all - this was very time consuming and the process to get in or out of the property was unpleasant

Pleasant enough stay, but didn’t...

Liked: The location is great, close to restaurants and supermarket, close enough to CBD without being right there
Disliked: Had troubles with parking. Paid for the 3 nights when booking in. My car Rego didn’t recognize once. Every time we went in and out, I’d have to call the Watermelon Parking assistance. They were getting annoyed by the end of our stay. It continued to be an issue even after I went to reception to try to sort it out. Have never had the issue or inconvenience before

Overnight stay

Liked: The location is great if going to concerts or sporting events at Moore Park, Hordern Pavilion or SCG etc. The one bedroom suites are large and have everything you need. Ours was on two levels with bedroom upstairs and kitchen, dining and lounge downstairs. Not sure if there are other options if you have mobility issues.
Disliked: There didn't appear to be a lot of sound proofing. Even though it's Sydney and to be expected the outside noise was quite loud and we were on level 7. The sliding doors were incredibly hard to open and need maintenance. The lift was also not working on departure so had to use the fire stairs.

Liked: Comfy bed and pillows. Coffee machine. Balcony. Bath.
Disliked: Next to a noisy road. Plates and cutlery were dirty. Parking was expensive. Net curtains were filthy. The window lock was broken.

Disliked: Suite needed a good deep clean & was quite outdated.
