Liked: Everything from the moment we entered, what a wonderful place to stay. The staff were fantastic, very lovely people. Our kids too loved it. They paractically didn't want to leave. We had access to a fully equipped gym, sauna, spa pool, indoor pool AND large outdoor pool, we had a great time. We ourselves stayed on the 53rd floor, amazing views and a beautifully large room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Gold Coast.
Disliked: A little bit pricey for the one night, but no regrets. Loved every bit.

Liked: Location was ideal for where we were going with the room very comfortable for our short stay.
Disliked: Uncertainty over the check in time, as I was told to call on the morning of check in at 10am to see what the chances of getting an early check in. The staff couldn't help.

Liked: Nice and clean. Well maintained. Loads of space. Coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher. Good location. Comfy beds and pillows. Beautiful linen on bed.
Disliked: No minibar, snack dispenser or items to purchase from reception (Woolworths and bottle shop closed at 9pm on Saturday). No luggage rack. No face clothes. No usb port.

Liked: Great veiw.
Disliked: The fact that our whole apartment had flooded from somewhere under the desk outside the bathroom where the phone was located. We had a bag of valuable belongings that got absolutely soaked by the morning we had to wear the same clothes we arrived in as well as slipping over coming out of the bathroom and landing on my backside. Our stay was a nightmare and not worth $320 to stay in an apartment with a major plumbing issue.
