Liked: Amazing view and easy walk to local cafes.
Disliked: Arrived late to hotel and realised the next AM when i made the bed the sheets had blood stains.Reported to staff when leaving at lunchtime and was advised they'd be replaced while we were out.Arrived home at midnight to the same dirty sheets which was gross. Had to use top sheet from quilt cover to sleep on.

Disliked: Our room leaked due to an old roof issue .we only booked this stay to be safe for the cyclone because we were told it was built to withstand a cat 4 cyclone and have a new baby . Got no sleep the first then the second night it came pouring in to the room and flooded the carpet and we had to move the mattress in the loungroom . Asked to changed rooms and said there was a leak and they lady argued with me saying it was cyclone and i said it should happen if it’s build to cat 4 and then we realised it was an old internal roof issue nothing do with the cyclone .i am a roofer so know this is not related to a cyclone. have videos and pictures . I would like an entire refund on the second night and and a 50% refund for the first night with the $20 car park for the second day also refunded. A nice staff in the morning said she would sort it out I think her name was Georgia and my partner sent her videos
