Fantastic location great staff

Liked: Location and front desk staff
Disliked: Not sure what the cleaners did. We extended our stay until 7thJanuary. beds weren’t changed. Shower was not cleans as and toilet was not cleaned I was aware that cleaning was done after 4 days but to be honest if the bed hadn’t been made up ( sheets were not changed) we wouldn’t have known room has been touched.towels which I left on the floor in a pile had been taken but no clean towels left. needed to call down stairs for towels . Was told no coffee!!
