Well we were in walking distance to the ICC. The unit was fully self contained. The unit was very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Liked: We didn't have to wait long for lifts. We were on the 28th floor.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Everything was easy from booking, check-in, lifts, room entry, bed was super comfortable, block-out curtains easy to open and close, the balcony and view was spectacular (40th floor). Shower was hot with excellent pressure. The living area was spacious and comfortable, the coffee excellent - normally pod coffee is disgusting. I liked the decaf option too. The balcony outside was the best part with comfortable seats and table. We liked that we could see the ICC from our apartment and it was very easy and quick to walk to. Loved the eateries close by with loads of food options. Loved the quietness of the room, we couldn't hear any of the other guests. This experience by far was excellent, far exceeding my expectations. I will definitely be back. We booked in May for a November event and the price was excellent.
Disliked: Slow lift from recreation - floor 15. Took at least 5 minutes considering how many lifts there are. It was also very dark with no lights above working. My friend who doesn't drink tea or coffee would have liked hot chocolate. Being friends we had a split double so we would have liked a bit more room between the beds. Power-points need to be beside the bed to charge phones. The shower leaked all over the floor so we had to use the towels to soak up water. We tried different ways of placing the shower head to avoid excess water. I would have liked an extra towel for my hair. The kitchen was excellent if wanting to cook meals.
