Well we were in walking distance to the ICC. The unit was fully self contained. The unit was very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Liked: We didn't have to wait long for lifts. We were on the 28th floor.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: disorganised; rooms not ready until after 4pm. Previous occupant clothing left in room (dirty socks), no towels in one of our rooms, waited all afternoon for housekeeping to bring some up; never turned up so had to go to pool and grab pool-towels so we could shower.

Liked: The bathroom was still dirty hair and pubic hair on the floor hand basin was also still dirt!Dirt on the towels sheet had also had something on them, glasses, plates bowls all had to be washed again as couldn't use them or the cutlery. Also the dining room table was also dirty.The apartment I booked wasn't the one they had given us. Which we wasn't happy with as we both feel if you book apartment you should get the one you have reserved not a completely different one.
Disliked: Lot more cleaner for one as it wasnt at all up to my nor my husbands standard that's for sure. They need to check the room to make sure its up to high standard to low standard!What we paid for 3 night's wasn't acceptable.I really don't think we will stay here again.

Liked: Absolutely loved the modern, neat and spacious room. Liked the technical lifts that took you exactly where you wanted to go.The staff at the front counter were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I could not find a switch for the exhaust fan in the bathroom anywhere.Absolutely nothing else to complain about.
