Liked: Great apartment, so clean and lots of cutlery/cups/plates etc and washing detergent/washing up liquid and toiletries. Very quiet and spacious and highly recommend.The location is well connected and near to supermarkets cafes and restaurants.

Location is why we stay...

Liked: Location wonderful, on the river and close to everything. Parking was expensive especially since we were in offsite parking. The room whilst adequate wasn’t the same as our previous stay. The shower leaked all over the floor and the tiles were very slippery. Bed comfortable.

Liked: Very good location, close to river and walking distance to the city centre. A bit of noise with construction at the railway station and the usual city traffic sounds. The washing up soap etc was located in a odd draw, so you need to go looking.

Disliked: What I didn’t like about this hotel is the lack of daily housekeeping service.I stayed there for 4 nights but my room was only cleaned once. On the other days, whenever I needed fresh towels or a trash bag, I had to go ask for them myself. It was quite inconvenient and tiring, especially after long days of traveling.Also, when I booked the room, there was no clear notice or information about this policy, which made it even more disappointing.
